We look at the whole door
Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, track, and opener get checked together, because one worn part usually loads another. You hear what we found before any work starts.
Repair, or replace when it makes sense
We fix what is worn, balance the door, and test it through full cycles. If a door is past repair we say so and talk through installation instead.

Common questions
Before you call
What should I tell you when I call?
What the door is doing (stuck, crooked, loud, will not lift, opener clicks but nothing moves), whether it is a single or double door, and roughly how old it is. A photo of the spring or the problem area sent to the form below also helps.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
For repairs, yes. We need access to the garage and want to walk you through what we found before doing the work.
One spring broke. Do you replace both?
On a two-spring door both springs have done the same number of cycles, so we look at both and tell you what we see. Replacing them as a pair keeps the door balanced; you decide after hearing the findings.
Can you work on the opener I already have?
Usually. We service the common belt-drive and chain-drive units, replace worn parts, realign safety sensors, and pair remotes. If a unit is beyond servicing we tell you and go over replacement.
Do you install new doors, or only repair?
Both. When a door is rusted through, badly damaged, or you want a different style, we measure the opening and install a new sectional door.
